Job Training Partnership Act: Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Programs; Proposed Allocation Formula

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is publishing a notice of a description of and rationale for a new allocation formula for the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA), Section 402 and the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Section 167, adult migrant and seasonal farmworker programs, and a presentation of preliminary State planning estimates derived therefrom for Program Year (PY) 1999 (July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000). Public comment is requested.
