ETA Publishes Notice on Proposed Allocation Formula for Job Training Partnership Act Programs

The Employment and Training Administration is seeking public comment on a new allocation formula for adult migrant and seasonal farmworker programs under the Job Training Partnership Act and the Workforce Investment Act, with the goal of informing State planning estimates for Program Year 1999.
