US Proposes Inflation Adjustments to Civil Money Penalties Under FLSA
The US Department of Labor has proposed adjustments to civil money penalties under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to account for inflation, in compliance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990.
