Business Loan Program; Correction

SBA published in the Federal Register of January 13, 1999, a final rule concerning SBA's 7(a) and 504 loan programs. In that rule, SBA inadvertently omitted a phrase in its new Sec. 120.131. This correction restores the omitted language.
