Biden Administration Rescinds Rule on Religious Exemption for Federal Contractors

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has finalized the rescission of a rule that allowed federal contractors to claim a religious exemption from the equal opportunity clause, effective January 8, 2021.
