Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefit Plan Claims Procedure Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a new information collection request for employee benefit plan claims procedures, which is being submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
