FTC Seeks OMB Extension for Appliance Labeling Rule

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an extension of its approval for the Appliance Labeling Rule under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The proposed extension would run from September 30, 1998, to March 31, 2001.
