FTC Seeks Public Comment on Cigarette and Smokeless Tobacco Information Collection Activities

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking public comment on its information collection activities regarding cigarette and smokeless tobacco manufacturers, with a request for OMB review and clearance extension until August 31, 2024. The FTC aims to collect data on annual sales and marketing expenditures for these products, as well as electronic devices used to heat non-combusted cigarettes and tobacco-free nicotine products.
