South Carolina Approves Revised State Implementation Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has submitted revised revisions to the state's plan for regulating Volatile Organic Compounds, adding several exempt compounds to the list, which will be incorporated into the federally approved plan.
