EPA Approves South Carolina State Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that adds several Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) to the list of exempt compounds, effective immediately, following a direct final rule without prior public comment period.
