Western Area Power Administration Proposes Rate Adjustments for Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program

The Western Area Power Administration is proposing changes to transmission and ancillary service rates for the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program, Eastern Division, which are scheduled to take effect on May 1, 1998, and will help repay annual costs and assigned investments within the allowed timeframe.
