Defense Department Proposes Rule to Exempt Federally Funded Research Centers from Weighted Guidelines

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to exempt Federally Funded Research and Development Centers from the weighted guidelines method for establishing profit and fee objectives, a move aimed at simplifying the process for these research centers.
