Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Central Contractor Registration Amendment Proposal

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require contractors to register in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database before receiving any contract award, unless the solicitation was issued before March 31, 1998. This change aims to improve the efficiency of the contracting process.
