US Army Deletes Privacy Act System of Records Notice

The US Army deleted a Privacy Act system of records notice on July 7, 1997, which also eliminated the corresponding exemption rule from 32 CFR part 505, effective September 16, 1997. The decision was made in accordance with Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
