Termination of Pesticide Producing Establishment's Registration

The US Agency intends to cancel the registrations of several pesticide manufacturers 60 days after the document's publication, due to non-compliance with annual production reporting requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
