SEC Approves Proposed Rule Change by Participants Trust Company to Update Prefunding Payment Return Time

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by Participants Trust Company to modify the cut-off time for intraday return of prefunding payments, as submitted to the Commission
