US Department of the Army Publishes Final Environmental Assessment for Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program

The US Department of the Army has released a Final Programmatic Environmental Assessment (FPEA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program (JVAP), a program aimed at developing and distributing licensed vaccines to protect the US military against biological threats.
