U.S. Navy Announces Draft Plan for Submarine Solid Waste Management

The U.S. Department of the Navy has released a draft plan for managing solid waste on Navy submarines, in compliance with the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) regulations, and invites public comments on the proposal.
