Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

The Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (Board) is establishing a new system of records, FRTIB-13, Fraud and Forgery Records, consisting of records on Thrift Savings Plan participants who are alleged to have committed a fraud or forgery with respect to their accounts.
