FCIC Proposes Specific Crop Provisions for Canola and Rapeseed Insurance

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is proposing specific crop provisions for the insurance of canola and rapeseed, which will be used in conjunction with the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, to convert the canola and rapeseed pilot insurance program to a permanent insurance program starting from the 1998 crop year.
