NMFS Proposes Revised Procedures for Highly Migratory Species Management

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing changes to its procedures for preparing and issuing fishery management plans and implementing regulations for highly migratory species in the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean Sea, in response to recent amendments to the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
