GIPSA Implements 12.5% Fee Increase for Official Inspection and Weighing Services

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is raising its administrative service fee for official inspection and weighing services in the US by 12.5% starting October 1, 1997, to cover operational costs and maintain a 3-month reserve, while eliminating unit fees for online analysis.
