EPA Proposes Administrative Penalty Assessment for Wallace W. Stone, Lake of the Ozarks, MO, Under Clean Water Act Class II

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed assessment of civil penalties for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act at Wallace W. Stone, Lake of the Ozarks, MO, as part of a Class II penalty proceeding. The public has 30 days to submit written comments on the proposed assessment, which was initiated on August 11, 1997.
