EPA Proposes $75,000 Settlement for Denver Radium Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a $75,000 settlement agreement with Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company to resolve liability for response actions at the Denver Radium/Operable Unit VIII Site in Denver County, Colorado.
