SEC Approves Chicago Stock Exchange's Rule Change to Implement Share Price Maintenance Standard for Tier I Listed Stocks

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval to the Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) to adopt a new rule requiring listed stocks to maintain a minimum share price, as part of its Tier I listing standards.
