EPA Withdraws Phase I Copper TMDLs for New Jersey Waters of New York-New Jersey Harbor

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has decided to withdraw the Phase I Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for copper in certain New Jersey waters of the New York-New Jersey Harbor, effective January 24, 1996.
