NASA Grants Prospective Patent License to Dow-United Technologies

NASA has announced that Dow-United Technologies Composite Products, Inc. has submitted an application for a partially exclusive license to use a patent related to phenylethynyl endcapping reagents and reactive diluents, which is owned by the US government through NASA.
