MSHA to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed Rule to Lower Miners' Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) will conduct three public hearings on a proposed rule aimed at reducing miners' exposure to respirable crystalline silica and enhancing respiratory protection measures, following the publication of the rule on July 13, 2023.
