EPA Approves Parts of Washington State Implementation Plan for Carbon Monoxide Reduction

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved parts of four revisions to the Washington State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address the attainment of the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for carbon monoxide (CO) in the Spokane, Washington urbanized area, as submitted by the Washington Department of Ecology on January 22, 1993, September 14, 1993, and April 30, 1996.
