American Stock Exchange Approves Rule Change for Warrant Listing on ING Barings Index

The American Stock Exchange has approved a proposed rule change allowing the listing and trading of warrants on the ING Barings Securities Limited BEMI Latin America Index, following a notice of filing and accelerated approval of amendments to the rule change.
