Establishing Oil Value for Royalty Due on Federal Leases

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is reopening the public comment period on a proposed rule to amend the regulations governing the valuation of crude oil produced from Federal leases, following a review of comments received on the initial proposal and supplementary notice of proposed rulemaking.
