EPA Deletes Spokane Junkyard Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 has removed the Spokane Junkyard and Associated Properties Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that no further cleanup under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) is necessary, and that the selected remedy has been protective of human health and the environment.
