EPA Reopens Comment Period for Air Quality Implementation Plan Proposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for a proposed rule regarding the disapproval of a nitrogen oxide control technology plan for the Pennsylvania Power--New Castle plant, at the request of the plant's attorneys.
