EPA Proposes Settlement for Administrative Cost Recovery at Fourth and Carey Site in Hutchinson, Kansas

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with 4th & Carey PRP Group and the Lowen Corporation to recover $180,382.66 from the Hazardous Substances Superfund for the cleanup of the Fourth and Carey Site in Hutchinson, Kansas. The settlement also includes a covenant not to sue the parties involved.
