EPA and DOJ Propose Settlement for San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites

The US Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Justice have proposed a settlement with Ekstrom Properties and Cardinal Industrial Finishes to resolve potential claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, related to a proposed powder coating manufacturing facility in the San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites near Los Angeles, California.
