Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; Reasonably Available Control Technology for Oxides of Nitrogen for Specific Sources in the State of New York

The EPA is announcing approval of three (3) revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone submitted by the State of New York. These revisions consist of source-specific reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for controlling oxides of nitrogen (NO X ) from these sources in New York. The intended effect of this action is to approve the source-specific RACT determinations made by New York in accordance with State provisions. This action is being taken in accordance with section 110 of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
