Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

In accordance with the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(11)), the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR) is issuing notice of our intent to amend the system of records entitled the Personnel Records--CRC-007 to include new routine uses. We invite public comment on this publication.
