U.S. Department of Labor Publishes Request for Information on SECURE 2.0 Reporting and Disclosure Framework

The Employee Benefits Security Administration is seeking public feedback to inform the development of a public record for provisions of the SECURE 2.0 Act, which impact ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements, and will use responses to improve future rulemaking decisions.
