MSHA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Silica Exposure for Miners

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has extended the public comment period for the proposed rule 'Lowering Miners' Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica and Improving Respiratory Protection' from August 28, 2023, to September 11, 2023, following requests for additional time to develop and submit comments.
