USDA Adjusts Supplemental Assessment on Imported Cotton

The US Department of Agriculture has revised the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to correct a 1997 amendment that lowered the value assigned to imported cotton for supplemental assessments collected by the Cotton Research and Promotion Program.
