USDA Extends Reporting Period for Peanuts Imported Under 1997 Import Quotas

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has extended the reporting period for peanuts imported under 1997 import quotas, removing the 23-day requirement and establishing a new deadline for reporting disposition, as well as a 120-day reporting period for peanuts imported after the quotas are filled.
