This notice announces OMB approval of information collection requests (ICRs), for OMB No. 2137-0014, entitled Cargo Tank Specification Requirements, OMB No. 2137-0051, entitled Rulemaking, Exemption and Preemption Requirements, and OMB No. 2137-0059, entitled Requirements for Rail Tank Car Tanks, Transportation of Hazardous Materials by Rail. These information collections have been extended until September 30, 2000.
