U.S. Department of Labor's OFCCP Issues Final Rule on Pre-Enforcement Notice and Conciliation Procedures

The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has issued a final rule to modify procedures and standards for issuing pre-enforcement notices and securing compliance through conciliation, following the publication of a pre-enforcement notice and conciliation procedures correction notice in the Federal Register on August 4, 2023.
