EPA Approves New Mexico's Air Quality Implementation Plan and Recodified Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve New Mexico's revised Air Quality Implementation Plan (SIP) and recodified Air Quality Control Regulations (AQCR), which will delete obsolete and redundant rules, make definitions more explicit, and align with current policy, without prior public comment.
