Workshops to Discuss Proposed Rule on Oil Royalty Valuation

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is holding three workshops to gather public comments on alternatives for proceeding with a proposed rule that would establish a value for royalty payments on crude oil produced from federal leases, following a reopening of the public comment period that began on October 22, 1997.
