DOL Proposes Revision to Acquisition Regulations to Update and Streamline Procurement Rules

The Department of Labor is proposing to revise its Acquisition Regulations in its entirety to align with the Federal Acquisition Reform Act and the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, removing redundant or obsolete provisions and codifying recent contractual provisions to provide clarity and notice to potential contractors.
