EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which establishes requirements for determining conformity of general Federal actions to applicable air quality implementation plans, as part of the General Conformity rule.
