Meeting

The National Commission on the Cost of Higher Education was created by the Congress to submit to the President and the Congress a report which shall contain a detailed statement of the findings and conclusions of the Commission on the issues of what is truly happening with respect to the cost of a college education and what steps can or should be taken to ensure that a quality post secondary education remains affordable. This report is to include the Commission's recommendations for administrative and legislative actions that the Commission considers advisable on the issues it is investigating. The Commission announces its meeting schedule, thereby notifying the general public of their opportunity to attend. These meetings are designed to give interested parties the opportunity to present the Commission with information these parties believe will assist the Commission in its task.
