US Government Invites States to Pilot Program to Deny Licenses to Undocumented Aliens

The US Department of Homeland Security is seeking states' interest in participating in a pilot program to deny driver's licenses and identification cards to non-lawfully present aliens in the US, as mandated by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.
