Notice of Approved Agency Information Collection: Requests to Approve Conformed Wage Classifications and Unconventional Fringe Benefit Plans Under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act

The Wage and Hour Division has announced that its information collection request for wage and fringe benefit approvals has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget, with the collection set to run through September 30, 2026.
